Glen Richardson opened the doors of Charlesglen Toyota in February 1988. Growing up in Nanton and working under his father and uncle in the families Hudson and Dodge dealership since he was 12, Glen brought a lifetime of experience in the automobile industry to Charlesglen Toyota.

Working in a small farming community brought many lessons for Glen, of which the most important to date was the value of customer service. Three generations later, Charlesglen Toyota is still a family-operated business and our principles remain unchanged from their small town origins.

Our respect and genuine concern in dealing with people has certainly proven itself through our repeat customers and our loyal staff members. To keep pace with our growth, we have expanded our Service Department and added an additional Shuttle bus for a total of three. In order to keep the level of service our customers are accustomed to, our internal family has also expanded from 50 employees to more than 90 today.
