    Growing up in the automotive business, Todd has worked in many positions throughout the dealership. He spent 3 years at the Canadian Automotive Institute and earned a diploma for Business Administration and later on spent a year attending the National Automotive Dealership Association (NADA) Academy and earned a Diploma for General Dealership Management. Todd manages the day-to-day operations of the dealership and takes pride in continuing the reputation Charlesglen has gained for itself in the over 20 years it has been in business.

    Tim was born and raised in Saskatchewan where his family continues to farm in the Weyburn area; however, Calgary has been home to him since 1989. He has been with Charlesglen Toyota since September of 1991. In fact, Charlesglen was the first full time job Tim ever had since graduating from Mount Royal College with a Business Administration diploma. He began his career as a Product Advisor selling vehicles, then to financial services, Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager, and is currently our General Sales Manager.     Rick started his career with Charlesglen in August 1995 in the capacity of Service Advisor. Throughout the years, he has worked his way up to Service Manager, Service Director and in 2008, New Vehicle Sales Manager. Family first is his motto, as most of his spare time is spent with his wife and 2 children camping or just relaxing. Rick looks forward to serving many loyal and first time customers, in his new position.

    Ryan Slaney has been with Charlesglen Toyota since 2001. He started off in the Lot position and moved his way up to the Product Advisor position. He then moved into the Financial Services Manager position. Ryan is now our Pre-Owned Sales Manager. He has received numerous awards for his knowledge and efforts. He was Product Advisor of the Month numerous times as a New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Product Advisor. He has also received Quarterly Top Producer Awards numerous times. Ryan has been professionally trained and certified. He always goes the extra mile for his customers and believes that everyone deserves the best service possible. Customers are the foundation of our livelihood and his service and professionalism will reflect that.

    Drew has been with Charlesglen Toyota since the fall of 1999. He has been in the automotive industry since 1991 working in both domestic and import sales. Drew has been in many roles throughout the years, starting out as a Business Manager, moving to a Leasing Manager and then to the Used Car Manager position. Drew was New Car Manager for several years prior to taking this new position.

    Attila started with Charlesglen Toyota in September of 1997 where he started as a Lot Attendant. Since then, Attila took the opportunity to become a member of our friendly Sales team. He has now been promoted to Sales Manager.

    Don has been in the automotive industry since 1985. He came to Charlesglen in 1990 as a licensed automotive technician. Within five years, Don was given Team Leader position. During the 18 years that Don worked in the shop, he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has completed the Toyota Factory Training and Courses to achieve the title of Toyota Master and Hybrid Technician. In June 2008, Don was promoted to the Shop Foreman and Quality Control Manager position.

    Randy's career with Toyota started in 1976 and became a licensed Partsman in 1983. He started with Charlesglen Toyota team in 1988 as a Parts Manager. Since that time, he has won numerous awards for outstanding achievement in Parts Department Management. Randy initiated the Charlesglen Motorsports Program - a division that specializes in high performance and cosmetic parts and accessories.
